Gratuity Policy
We are grateful for any gratuity given above your service price to our talented providers. Gratuity is best accepted in cash and should be handed directly to your service provider at the end of your service. We recommend that you base the gratuity on the time, talent and effort of your provider, and we know that a “tip” is a gift for a job well done.
Gratuity is no longer handled by our front desk coordinators and cannot be added to your service and product total at checkout.
If you need to use a credit card for a gratuity, we ask that you download Venmo or setup Apple Pay prior to your appointment and your provider will give you their information for contactless gratuity on those platforms.
Our providers do not expect a certain amount, however, guests tend to scale along restaurant guidelines of 15-25%. Gratuity is at your discretion and is not included in the price of services.
