Terms of Service:
- Please do not have individual wedding party members call to set up appointments - All trial bridal appointments should be scheduled a minimum of 3-6 weeks prior to your wedding date - Facial treatments and chemical peels should be scheduled 2-4 weeks prior to your wedding date - Any other services (waxing, nail services, massage) should be scheduled 1-2 days before your wedding date
Please bring your bridal headpiece, veil or accessory that you will be wearing on your wedding day to both your trial services and on the day of the wedding. It is also helpful to bring along any photos you have collected that resemble a style that you like, but it is not necessary. You will be charged for your trial services on the day that you receive them, and they will be the same price as the services the day of your wedding.

We require a deposit of $200-$1000 via credit card to reserve the appointments for you and your wedding party. The amount of the deposit is based on the appointments scheduled and how many artists are required. This deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel any of your planned appointments within 120 days of the event date the cost of the cancelled appointment(s) will be taken out of your deposit and that portion will not be able to be used toward your appointments on the day of your event. If you do not cancel any planned appointments, then your entire deposit will be valid toward your appointments on the day of your event. If some cancellations occur, the remaining balance of your deposit after we deduct for the cancellations may be used toward your appointments on the day of your event. If you cancel your appointments prior to the 120 day term, we will refund your deposit to your original credit card within 3 business days of notification to the Bridal Manager via email.
