As much as I would love to say I am completely calm, 100% of the time, I’m not. Stress is inevitable no matter how much we try to avoid it. The only thing we can do is learn how to manage our stress. Everyone has different ways that work best for them. Lately, going to the gym has been a huge stress reliever for me.
