Brianna graduated from Douglas J. Aveda Institute in Royal Oak in 2009. She strives to form a relationship with each guest she meets and makes sure that they always enjoy their experience with her. Brianna loves Aveda’s Volumizing Tonic because it allows you to have big hair and she loves doing any type of coloring – high-lighting, low-lighting and all over color. She also specializes in Dibiasi Hair Extensions and is always focused on advancing her skills and creativity with hair extensions. Brianna loves working at Ashka because her coworkers let you be who you want to be and everyone looks out for each other. Outside of work Brianna loves to spend time with her friends and family, workout and ride motorcycles!

Courtney finds joy in making people feel better about themselves and highly values having a one-on-one relationship with her guests. She specializes Socap Hair Extensions and has taken several advanced education courses and lead Extensions Workshops. She attended the Behind the Chair color show in Nashville, Tennessee in 2013 and specializes in all highlighting techniques including: Ombre, Flamboyage & Balayage. While in school at Douglas J. Aveda Institute in 2004, she won the prestigious Beacon Award, showcasing her natural talent and sending her to a national competition in San Francisco, California. She loves working at Ashka because of the positive atmosphere and her co-workers, who have become like a second family. Courtney says, ”Someone once told me to find your passion and do it. I feel confident that this has happened, and privileged to be a part of the Ashka team.”

Kristin has been working at Ashka since we opened in 2003. She loves doing coloring and high-lighting and has taken advanced education in men’s cutting, special occasion styling and SoCap Hair Extensions. Kristin’s favorite product to use is Aveda’s Confixor because it has a medium hold and adds lots of shine to the hair without leaving it sticky. When Krisitn isn’t working she loves to spend time with her family.
