Steve and Lisa Curry established Ashka Salon & Spa in 2003. Both having nearly 20 years experience in the beauty industry – they set out to create a culture that empowered stylists to reach their full potential. It was extremely important to them to cultivate an environment where all team members wanted to come in to work and live out their careers in. The very first step to building this environment was to form the company’s foundation. The following are the principles that every other plan, structure, system and expectation in our company stem from.
