Damage Remedy

One of the many beauty products that I know I would not be able to live without have would be my Damage Remedy Conditioner. My hair seriously feel so good whenever I use it in the shower. To be honest, the entire  Damage Remedy line is a life saver.

What Makes Up the Damage Remedy Line?

Damage Remedy

Shampoo and Conditioner: This one is pretty self explanatory but this is the Damage Remedy line’s shampoo and conditioner. I LOVE when I wash my hair with these. I am always amazed how I can instantly tell a difference in how my hair feels.

Split End Repair: This is the newest product to the line. Honestly, I was super skeptical when it did. I was happily surprised when I saw it did make a difference in how my ends looked and felt. It definitely doesn’t replace a good old fashioned trim but I think it helps me push it just a little farther. I put just the tiniest amount on my ends after I have styled my hair.

Daily Hair Repair: I have personally only used this product a couple of times but I do love using it on my clients. It has a heat protectant and is a leave in conditioner. This product is actually considered a “treatment” products instead of a “styling” product. You put it in when your hair is towel dried before blow drying and styling.

Masque: When I was super blonde, this masque was my hair life saver. I would use it once a week in the shower in place of my normal conditioner. I can’t even explain how much of a difference it made. You just have to try it for yourself!

Damage Remedy Ingredients

On AVEDA’s professional website, they list the “functional botanicals”. What they had to say was:

  • Organically derived quinoa protein penetrates to help instantly repair damaged hair
  • Wheat protein helps protect hair from damage caused by heat styling
  • Soy-derived oil helps detangle hair to protect it from damage caused by combing
  • Macadamia nut oil infuses hair with lustrous shine
  • Palm- and coconut-derived conditioning ingredients leave hair feeling softer

Until Next Time,

Josie 🙂
